Opened in 1998, this new winery is situated in San Giacomo di Bigolino, in the heart of 40 hectares of lush vineyards and it has extremely modern technologies for wine making and bottling. The current production is about 500,000 bottles of Prosecco and Cartizze pro year, that means a limited high-quality production.

The secret of the company lies in the love for land and wine, in the passion for their work, in the wise use of modern technologies. In fact, insecticides and pesticides are not used in vineyards, the fertilizers are organic and not chemical, the grapes are harvested by hand, then squeezed with a maximum pressure of 1 bar in order to avoid the compromising quality of the must. At the end of this process, the wine is stored in tanks at a low temperature and bottled in the absence of oxygen, so that it can be kept fresh and fragrant, full of scents and delicate aromatic nuances of flowers and fruits.
